For my moving from Singapore to London, I’ve contacted about 10 companies to get a quotation. Some companies didn’t even reply, others sent me a quotation based on my packing list, and only 2 of them came to my flat to do a survey and send me an accurate quotation.
This is how I met Dennis Kwek, WEE CARE General Manager. 3 days after contacting him, he came to my flat and did the survey.
I received the quotation from Carol Teh, WEE CARE Move Coordinator on the same day with all the information needed.
Kumar S.C., WEE CARE Sales & Operation Manager, came for a second survey to double check the volume of my moving as I finally decided to sell some furniture before leaving Singapore.

Your whole team need to be congratulated for the way you made so easy our move back to Sydney after 25 years in Singapore.

It is hard to single one person out because you are all so helpful and professional, but with any move the Packing Supervisor is critical to a successful move with no / minimal damage. Your Packing Supervisor, Richard, was superb. So competent, courteous and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Even the large heavy White Lacquer Curved Bookcase was moved successfully with care and no issues.
I wanted to take the time to let you know how pleased we are with the entire move process, from the first meeting with Dennis, the survey with Kumar and these last 3 days of actual packing done by Sugu and his amazing crew.
Both Dennis and Kumar are not only veterans in their trade but such professional, attentive and kind people. They are truly exceptional and are dedicated to ensuring the move is smooth and hassle-free. They keep every promise they make and their communication is timely and clear. In a stressful time such as an international move, this is invaluable.
I also wanted to mention the packers, led by Sugu, who were always on time, worked diligently and took care with our belongings and the house. They were extremely efficient, well organized and their packing was careful and near, yet they also friendly. These are very hardworking men and a woman, who took everything in their stride.
This is my 7th international move in 23years, and it is the best service I’ve encountered so far, including with large “brand” companies like Allied and Crown.
